Saint Paul

The city of Saint Paul is the capital of the state of Minnesota and is known as the twin of Minneapolis. It is smaller in size only to Minneapolis in this state and the metropolitan area of the so-called Twin Cities has been estimated in the 2000 census to be close to three million. This city is found mostly on the Mississippi River’s northern bank.
