Rochester

Rochester is the third biggest city in the state of New York. It also serves as the seat for Monroe County. The Rochester Metropolitan Area ranks second with regards to the economy in the state. This metropolitan area does not only include Monroe County but also Orleans County, Livingston County, Wayne County, Ontario County, and Genesee County.
