The city of Saint Paul is the capital of Minnesota and is known as the twin of Minneapolis. It is smaller in size only to Minneapolis in Minnesota, and the metropolitan area known as the “Twin Cities” had an estimated population of three million in the 2000 Census. This city is found mostly on the Mississippi River’s northern bank.
